Founders
Marc Poirer (CEO)
Marc co-founded Klever in 2020 as a complete programmatic advertising solution, drawing on experience as the founder of a digital marketing agency and a software service company, Acquiso, that helped marketing agencies easily track and report paid advertising. A graduate of Université de Montréal in Canada with a PhD in Cognitive Science, Marc has worked for 20+ years in business intelligence solutions and AI startups to help businesses thrive in the evolving digital economy.
Vincent Potier (COO)
Vincent is a renowned digital expert with in-depth knowledge of the marketing industry and extensive sales and general management experience. Before co-founding Klever, Vincent oversaw operations at search intelligence company Captify. Vincent also runs London Digital Ventures Ltd., a consultancy and investment firm specializing in advertising technology, clean technology, data privacy, and digital publishing.
Glen Ames (Product)
Glen is a global product and technology advisor with over 25 years of experience. He spent 20 years in California’s Silicon Valley, working at major tech companies including Nortel, Yahoo, AOL, AT&T and Turn. More recently Glen spent five years as CTO/CPO at Captify Technologies and led Technology at Bidstack the leading In Game ad tech provider.
Richard Couture (VP Technology)
Richard is an expert in Martech, AI, and startups. As former CTO and Co-Founder of Acquisio, he played a key role in building and scaling the multi-billion-dollar ad platform. Richard is passionate about driving better results through AI innovation and holds a Masters in Software Engineering. He uses these skills and expertise to lead Klever’s Technology department.
Dante Fusco (VP Sales)
Dante is a seasoned sales leader with nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. As Klever's Sales Leader, he leverages his deep understanding of the digital media, technology, and programmatic landscapes to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. Prior to Klever, Dante held leadership roles at Causal IQ, YuMe/RhythmOne, and Thrillist Media Group, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and built strong client relationships. His career began in traditional media at Hachette Filipacchi Media. A University of Maine alumnus and former D1 college football player, Dante brings a competitive spirit, strategic mindset, and proven leadership abilities to his role, enabling him to deliver exceptional results for Klever and its clients.
Yuni Yang (VP Account Management)
Yuni is a seasoned sales and digital marketing leader based in Toronto, ON, with advanced programmatic and cross-channel expertise. Before joining Klever, Yuni was Group VP and Client Partner at Brainlabs and drove significant account development, team expansion, strategic initiatives, and global growth. Previously, she played a pivotal role at MediaNet, leading its customer acquisition and business development efforts, culminating in a successful acquisition by Brainlabs.
David Grimard-Keita (VP Finance & Analytics)
David GK is a versatile finance leader, known for his expertise in digital marketing, particularly within the multi-location and franchise space. His role involves enhancing Klever’s analytics capabilities, providing clients with the necessary insights to succeed in the fast-paced world of programmatic advertising. David's holistic view of finance as both a strategic advisory and business support function reflects his commitment to value to the business and its stakeholders.

Mike Peralta (Advisory Board)
Mike is VP and GM of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, overseeing targeted advertising, measurement, and insights using T-Mobile’s mobile data. With 20+ years of domestic and international experience in technology, advertising, and media, he has led teams at diverse companies including Criteo, AOL, Advertising.com, and Future PLC and MediaMath. Skilled in product management, sales and market strategy, and team development, he advises on Klever’s growth across global markets.
Dominic Trigg (Strategic Commercial Advisor)
Dominic is a leader in Ad Tech, specializing in marketing and programmatic AI. With a proven track record of driving national and international growth, he oversees Klever’s operational leadership and commercial strategy. Known for his clear communication, integrity, and ability to exceed goals, Dominic has built a strong industry reputation for delivering impactful results and fostering high-performance teams.
Michael Racic (Advisory Board)
Mike currently serves as the President of PreBid.org and Advisor to Klever’s strategy and operations. With 20 years of media industry experience, including 15 in digital media, Mike held leadership roles across the ecosystem for publishers, Ad-Tech companies and agencies. Previously, Mike served as EVP of planning at Universal McCann. In whatever role he’s found himself, Mike is always at the forefront of innovation.
