Founders

Marc Poirer (CEO)

Marc co-founded Klever in 2020 as a complete programmatic advertising solution, drawing on experience as the founder of a digital marketing agency and a software service company, Acquiso, that helped marketing agencies easily track and report paid advertising. A graduate of Université de Montréal in Canada with a PhD in Cognitive Science, Marc has worked for 20+ years in business intelligence solutions and AI startups to help businesses thrive in the evolving digital economy.

Vincent Potier (COO)

Vincent is a renowned digital expert with in-depth knowledge of the marketing industry and extensive sales and general management experience. Before co-founding Klever, Vincent oversaw operations at search intelligence company Captify. Vincent also runs London Digital Ventures Ltd., a consultancy and investment firm specializing in advertising technology, clean technology, data privacy, and digital publishing.

Dave Winslow (CMO)

Dave brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, publishing, and sustainability to his role as CMO at Klever. Dave is also Editor in Chief of a sustainability publication he co-founded in 2021, The Momentum. Previously, he helmed Epik Brands, a sustainability-focused agency for global and emerging brands, where he earned recognition as a Tech Innovator and an Industry Shaper.

Amal Elena Yassin (Director AdOps)

Our Head of Programmatic since Klever’s inception, Amal, has a long history working with our co-founder Marc. She started at Acquiso as a Programmatic Campaign Manager and, within five years, was Head of Programmatic at the platform. A graduate of Concordia University in Canada, she has developed a career with a customer service, marketing, management, and marketing strategy skillset.

Dante Fusco (VP Sales)

Dante is a seasoned sales leader with nearly two decades of experience driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. As Klever's Sales Leader, he leverages his deep understanding of the digital media, technology, and programmatic landscapes to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives. Prior to Klever, Dante held leadership roles at Causal IQ, YuMe/RhythmOne, and Thrillist Media Group, where he consistently exceeded sales targets and built strong client relationships. His career began in traditional media at Hachette Filipacchi Media. A University of Maine alumnus and former D1 college football player, Dante brings a competitive spirit, strategic mindset, and proven leadership abilities to his role, enabling him to deliver exceptional results for Klever and its clients.

Kent Julien (Director AM & Strategy)

Kent has led Programmatic Strategies & Accounts at Klever since our launch. Previously, Kent worked with our co-founder Marc as Head of Programmatic Strategies and in other programmatic campaign-related roles at Acquisio. The graduate of Concordia University in Canada began his creative media solutions career working in advertising, digital media sales, and account management at The Montreal Gazette and TC Media.

Yuni Yang

Yuni is a seasoned sales and digital marketing leader based in Toronto, ON, with advanced programmatic and cross-channel expertise. As Group VP and Client Partner at Brainlabs, she drove significant account development, team expansion, and strategic initiatives, significantly contributing to the company's global growth. Previously, she played a pivotal role at MediaNet, leading its customer acquisition and business development efforts, culminating in a successful acquisition by Brainlabs.

David Grimmard-Keita (CFO)

After 10 years as a professional poker player (seriously!) David’s penchant for numbers and strategy took him from Vegas to the ad tech world. He has served as a Business Intelligence Analyst for manufacturing companies and agencies, using in-house data to recommended changes for teams to improve productivity and reduce sales friction. After serving as the Director of Financial Planning for Enspire for Enterprise, he joined the Klever team in 2022 as Director of Finance.
