City Ranked and Klever Programmatic Bring Client $6M in 30 Days

We sat down to talk with City Ranked President, Erika Saracco, in their Vancouver, Washington office about her experience working with the Klever team and how together they earned one client six million dollars in just thirty days. Here’s what she had to say.

The Challenge

City Ranked Media always appreciates when their marketing and advertising campaigns have a positive impact and so when one of their clients decided to switch production during the pandemic to produce face masks, the team was “all in” to help them get the word out. The City Ranked team quickly coordinated a unique and unprecedented campaign to reach the emerging target audience across different channels. There was a shortage of critical face mask supplies, so the City Ranked team needed to expand the client’s local presence and bring it to a national audience.

The Solution

To help their client reach a national audience, City Ranked’s internal search marketing talent put their heads together with Klever’s experts to get the highest-performing outcomes in tandem. Working closely together is partly what makes this relationship so valuable. Saracco says that’s what she appreciates most about working with Klever Programmatic.

City Ranked has worked with other programmatic providers before but they explained that they didn’t get the service nor the results they were looking for. Saracco says that the results with Klever so far have been “incomparable.”

The Results

Together with Klever running the programmatic advertising, the client’s national face mask campaign was extremely successful. Not only did the messaging get out, but the audience engaged very well with the advertisements, and the sales skyrocketed to historical levels. In just one month the client made $6 million dollars in sales! That is more than the client had made in the previous year!

We partner with Klever for the programmatic portions of our marketing campaigns making sure that our clients are reaching their ideal customers where they’re at and utilizing media opportunities across all channels, specifically targeted to those ideal customers in their specific areas.

Early in the pandemic, one of our clients pivoted their production team to producing facemasks to help address the shortage. Before working with Klever, we worked with a few other similar companies that had offered similar products and services, but were frankly pretty mediocre. Their products and services were similar, but the follow-through that we got from those other agencies were incomparable to Klever.

If I were to give advice to anyone else who wants to work with Klever or who is thinking about working with Klever, I would suggest for them to really weigh the value of a partner that knows what they’re doing and actually follows-through with the performance metrics that you need an agency frankly, in order to run a great marketing campaign. You might be able to work with someone else who has similar services, but the follow-through that you’re gonna get from them is lackluster at best.
